Ceremony, Reception and overnight Bridal Suite…..you can have it all on the “America”

When considering your ceremony don’t overlook that a yacht presents a moving venue and the backdrop to your ceremony can be anything on the bay or surrounding ocean that is within reach of the yacht. Do you want a spectacular city skyline behind you, a beautiful grassy park and trees, the swaying masts and brightly shining hulls of a thousand yachts at their marina anchorage, or just a beautiful sunset to silhouette your vows? Your yacht captain will maneuver the yacht to your preferred backdrop before the ceremony starts.

Consider the flow of your romantic afternoon. The caterers and decor folks arrive at around 2:00 pm. The Bride and Groom are here by 3:00 pm followed closely by the guests at 3:45. The yacht departs while guests renew old aquaintences and make new friends. By 4:30 pm the yacht is stationed at your preferred location and the serious part of your afternoon begins. It’s 4:45 pm, the newly-wed couple are cheered and the bar is open. The musician starts the party as the crew hoists the huge canvas sails and your reception of a lifetime is under way. The sun is shining, the breeze is refreshing and the drinks and food flow as the beautiful yacht glides effortlessly throughout the bay. There is no swaying, no tipping, no rocking. Well….maybe if you’re dancing. The yacht ride is smooth as silk, everybody is very comfortable, in wonderful spirits & the party is well under way.

The sun sets at your back as you make your way home, the myriad of colorful city lights beckons you.
